She takes a thoughtful approach, helping brands cultivate a community and remain top-of-mind for customers with dynamic, results-driven campaigns. Molly has spearheaded dozens of successful restaurant and retail openings, new concept launches, and large-scale event marketing campaigns.

Background

  • At Neighborhood Restaurant Group, Molly served as the Director of Marketing & Communications. She developed the company’s communication strategy and marketing plans for 20+ distinctive brands across the Washington, D.C. area and NYC. She managed a marketing team of five – coordinating design, email marketing, social media, media relations, paid media, and onsite implementation to execute far-reaching campaigns that directly contributed to revenue growth and customer acquisition. Previous work at NRG includes the openings of The Roost and Caruso’s Grocery, expansion to NYC’s Market Line, and record-breaking sellouts of the Snallygaster craft beer + food festival.

  • As a Senior Consultant, Molly developed a new business pipeline of social media strategy and management for existing clients and led the charge on day-to-day implementation for clients like Colson Patisserie, The Inn at Little Washington, and Doi Moi. While at Pfau Communications, she pitched local and national media on behalf of clients, securing coverage in The Washington Post, Tasting Table, Washingtonian, and more.

  • Molly began her career in Washington, D.C. at Delucchi Plus, a full-service communications agency specializing in retail and real estate for clients that included National Harbor, Pentagon Row, and Main Event Caterers. She graduated from the College of Charleston in 2009 with a degree in Communication & Media Studies.
